Abortion = Double Murder

Well isn't this fucking interesting. The story goes like this: 19 year old boyfriend, 17 year old girlfriend. 17 year old becomes pregnant with twins. 4 months later, she decides she doesn't want kids. She is probably too poor, or can't face her family to get the abortion, so she tries to purposely induce miscarriage a number of ways. After repetitive failures, she asks her boyfriend to help. He succeeds by stepping on her stomach.

So what happens next? Well of course, 19 year old is charged with double murder and is convicted. Life in prison. The 17 year old? Absolutely nothing, because she has a legal right to an abortion.

This is just so fucking insane, on so many levels. There are just so many holes and questions, I don't even know where the fuck to begin.

What is the difference between the 19 year old and an abortion Doctor? Fundamentally, what is the difference? Miscarriage is a whole lot more natural and normal then oh say, having the baby sucked out through a fucking tube. Perfectly legal though.

If this is "murder", then why is the 17 year old female not guilty of attempted murder? The report also noted that the female was pounding on her stomach at the same time as the 19 year old male was stepping on it. Maybe in-between stomps. So she could be guilty of the "double murder". But she has a "legal right". So if she has a legal right to an abortion, then what the fuck difference does it make how it is done? It doesn't.

This is what fucking happens when you have crazy fucking republican bible pounding cocksuckers making laws. This is what happens when democrats and republicans have conflict, and absolutely fucking stupid conflicting laws. You have an absolutely ignominious situation like this.

They can't have it both ways. Either both are guilty or both are innocent. This is what I know: I know that on December 28th, 2006, I will not be able to buy alcohol. That of course, is 9 months before my 21st birthday. I know that if I goto a gas station, show them my ID, and explain to them that I was conceived on this day 21 years ago, I will be laughed at, and probably thrown out of the store. Definitely denied alcohol. They start counting when you exit the womb. That is when life starts, otherwise we would start counting as soon as the woman realized she was pregnant.

So come the fuck on now you fucking idiot assholes ruining this country with your fucking moral agendas. Get your shit together and besides trying to do what's gonna get you reelected, do what's best for the fucking country and do your job - which is to improve the country. When I see a 19 year old being convicted of double murder for stepping on his girlfriend's stomach, while his girlfriend who begged him to do it isn't charged because she has a "legal right" to an abortion, I become absolutely ashamed that the state of Texas is part of the Union. But that's what happens when you have an insane George Bush as your governor for a while. I suppose I'm lucky to have the slightly less insane Jeb Bush as my governor. The same one who makes special laws to save a brain dead bitch. I hope the Bush's go very, very far away before they ruin this country any further.

I think they both should have been charged with murder. First of all abortion has a time limit. But having your boyfriend step on your pregnant belly is insane. And wrong in so many ways. I would this has nothing to do with religion. And she should have been charged because she didn't have an abortion she did it her self. Her and her boyfriend should have been more careful if they didn't want a baby. And should have done something sooner then 4 mons. Not that I believe in abortions. I wonder how she felt when she delivered the babies. She could have had them and given them up. Jess
