Duncan Update and Site Update

This is 'sort of' a TheSick.net exclusive. I have tried for the past hour to find this story, but I cannot. Geraldo reported on his Saturday show "At Large" that the Spokane Weekly newspaper is reporting that police found a camcorder in his stolen vehicle. On the tapes, it showed all of the worst possible shit you can imagine, including the murder of Dylan. Now, this isn't been reported officially yet in an official news manner, but I expect it will soon. When it's picked up nationally, I will go absolutely fucking apeshit on this blog. But I'll wait before I get myself all worked up.

Another interesting thing I saw on Geraldo's show was a video Duncan made. He made some goofy ass video, trying to seem like a deep intellectual madman. But the video is do the music of Disturbed's "Down With The Sickness", which is a song I happen to like very much. It pisses me off. I expect Disturbed to be bombarded with hate mail now. That's just terrible. It's really weird for me. I mean, I love a band very much, a band I met a few years ago and a band I really love. And Duncan listened to the same shit. Like I said, I searched everywhere on Google for a website for this "Spokane Weekly" newspaper, but I couldn't find a damn thing at all. It could be a small local newspaper with a really good source. So you might want to take this information with a grain of salt, but regardless of Geraldo's past, I think he's got a nose for sensing credible sources. I suggest everyone check out Geraldo's show tomorrow night to see more of the details of this stuff. Hopefully, one of the major news sites will pick this stuff up so I can talk about it more.

I did a lot of work on the site today. I added a navigation bar. For those new to the site, I've always had really cool navigation bars that lead to all sorts of information about me and stuff I've made. One cool feature I'm adding to the site the "Obscure Writings" page. That's not it's official name. I haven't decided yet. But, the whole point of the obscure writings page is to allow me to provide short interesting posts that aren't full out assaults, or well thought out important posts. It's just a way to maintain balance. I don't want to damage the integrity of the main blog. This is my baby. The obscure writings will be more of my fuck around page. Like I said, it's just a way to write more without messing up the integrity, which has been a big problem I've been having since I've gotten this big boost in readers. I just don't want to turn anyone off with a story that might not be too appealing, but it could be something I want to at least point out and make a few comments on.

So I'll get that mini-blog set up soon. I'm also compiling my best of posts. If you have any personal favorites, send them along. I'll share a really old post that isn't my favorite, but it's one I find extremely funny.

Back when we didn't have a title field on Blogger, on February 6th, 2003, I wrote this:
"Blogging is kinda gay. I think I'm gonna stop soon."

And that's all I wrote. Pretty funny to see that I'm still doing it and I'm still loving it. Even funnier to see I thought it was gay at some point. Who'da thunk it?

Well I just wanted to give those few updates. I need to go find a real story to talk about now. Then I need to respond to a few comments and goto bed. It's 2 AM now and I have to be up at 10 AM to go see Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. I loved that movie so much, and I loved the book even more.
