Defining "Sex Offender"

There is a huge problem with sexual offenses in the United States in this day and age. Priests are boyfucking, and sick fucks are raping and killing little ones. Just last year, a man by the name of John Couey abducted a little girl, raped her, kept her for a little bit, then tied her up, put a garbage back over her top half, then one on her bottom half, tied them, and tossed her into a grave. Alive. That was her death, and she was found clutching her favorite stuffed animal. This happened 10 miles from me. This happened in the town that I work in, My county, where some of my family lives.

These sick fucks are everywhere, and if we're going to crack down on these motherfuckers, I think it's about time we recognize sick fucks for what they are and stop lumping together people who made stupid decisions along with them. From Indiana comes this story, about a Judge Mary Harper who sent a 19 year old kid to prison for fucking his 15 year old girlfriend. This is just appalling, and it makes me sick.

First of all, the article refers to this 19 year old as a man. A 19 year old is not a man. A 19 year old is still a kid, I don't give a shit what the law says. This is basically a senior banging a freshmen here. Since when is this is a criminal matter, resulting in this poor fucking going to prison? This is precisely how you ladies learn to find yourself good guys. All girls get at least one assholes in highschool who uses you, and you learn to have better judgement. And this guy gets prison for it, probably because the Judge cannot look at this girl without seeing her own failing as a mother I supposed. What a whore.

When you don't harshly and rigidly define the phrase "sexual predator" and "sexual offender", you are doing nothing more than confusing the issue at hand and diverting attention from the real issue: Sick fucking men touching little fucking boys and girls. I now am forced to rigidly and harshly define these two extremely different terms.

A sexual offender is one who commits a sexual crime. Rape, sexual assault, statutory rape, etc. A sexual predator, at least how it's defined in most states, is someone who has committed a sexual offense more than once. This is no fucking good at all. We need to change things up, redefine and reconfigure so things get the proper attention they deserve.

"Sex Crimes" is the term I'd like to use for everything other than little boy and girl fucking. If it's not a sexual molestation or rape on a victim under 12, then it's a sex crime. A sex crime would be defined as the opposite, with it being sexual molestation or rape on a victim under 12. This 12 year old line is negotiable, and is to be used on a case by case basis. The question in that area is this: Is the victim actually victimized? Was the victim's innocence fucked with? A 14 year old girl who is the slut of the school, getting cranked down by a 20 year old is of no concern to me. Basically, it's all about victimization.

Those people are sexual offenders and sexual predators. Let them have the term, so the important issue of catching these motherfuckers and getting them in a prison to be killed by their fellow inmates will be pursued. A 19 year old banging some girl 4 years younger than him? Come the fuck on. This isn't a fucking crime and it has no business being tried in a court. It is absolutely morally wrong the surface, but we have no idea how physically, and more importantly, emotionally developed this 15 year old girl is. Regardless, this guy is going to walk around being labeled a sex offender and I think it's bullshit.

This guy being called a sex offender takes away from people like John Couey, who was a sex offender when he murdered Jessica Lunsford in my god damn county. Maybe, just maybe if that term had a little fucking meaning, and wasn't so watered down and diluted with this kids-fucking-kids horse shit, then the severity of his status and his absconding from parole just may have gotten the proper attention.

Fuck The Miners

The big fucking headline yesterday was this horse shit. Two miners died in a mine and it's headline news? What the fuck is going on with this New Media? I'm fucking sick if it. This isn't national news. This is fucking entertainment and I'm tired of this glamorous emotion illiciting bile. The news isn't supposed to be entertaining. It's supposed to be informing.

I'm absolutely fucking sick of having to read the same news story on 5 different websites before I can get a clear idea of what's going on. I'm tired of having to goto those 5 different sites just to get the news. Miners dying means absolutely fucking nothing to me. Even if it happened in my town, and it was in my local newspaper, I wouldn't read the story because I just don't give a shit. It's of no interest to me whatsoever.

These fucking people work underground in mines while others blow shit up in that very mine they're working in, which is again. UNDER-FUCKING-GROUND. It is not shocking, surprising, or interesting to know that people fucking die while partaking in this sort of activity. How about headline news anytime a cop is murdered by a crack addict? How about fishermen dying at sea? How about the fucking American heroes fighting in the middle east. Why in the fuck aren't their deaths headline news? They get fucking blurbs, and their names are rarely mentioned. It makes me fucking sick.

How about all the fucking people who die in my profession? Pizza fucking delivery. CNN reports in this article that Drivers/Sales workers is the 5th most dangerous job in the United States. Another CNN article, which is much more telling shows just how dangerous my profession is.

Take a good look at that. At first glance, you might see that my profession is number 9 on the list. But if you take a closer look, you'll notice that the graph shows deaths per 100,000 workers. Sure. just a measly 27.6 out of every 100,000 drivers are killed on the job. But you also need to realize that out of all of the professions listed, drivers greatly outnumber the rest. The proof of this lies in that total deaths column on the right. Look at drivers. 905 That's three times more than the runner up to most total deaths, which are farmers and ranchers. Nine hundred and fucking five.

The kicker is that this is just from 2004. 905 dead fucking drivers in 2004. What's the count so far this year for miners, the miserable cunts who are making headline news? My count is 14 in the last 12 months. Do you really think I pity these motherfuckers? Absolutely not. Their job is inherently dangerous based upon the actual line of work. My job shouldn't be dangerous. It's only dangerous because stupid motherfuckers think we're walking ATM machines. It's an easy robbery, and jail sucks, so killing the guy you're robbing seams like a logical choice.

And just so clarify, just in case you didn't look at that graph closely enough, I have two points. The Drivers/Sales workers do not include Taxi Drivers. They get their own category. I'm saddled up with truckers, and truckers don't get robbed at even 5% of the rate that delivery drivers do. Secondly, you'll notice that fucking miners are not listed. They have no fucking business being headline news, and I blame this fucking asinine New Media. When fucking lumberjacks and fishermen are your headline news, then you can start reporting on these fucking miners.

And for the record, I do not believe my specific job in dangerous in my area. I'm am amazing driver and I've avoided dozens upon dozens of accidents simply because I'm constantly alert and I'm literally always expecting every person on the road to do the most stupidest thing possible. I don't have to worry about an accident, and I actually hope that someone attempts to rob me so I can let out this rage I have built up in me. It's been a long time since I've just beaten the shit out of someone, and I would love nothing more than for someone to give me the legal right to just smash their fucking face in until it's recognizable. You might have noticed, I have a lot of pent up rage. That sort of thing tends to happen you have to live in this fucking atrocity of a world we live in today.

Regardless, I deliver in a safe area and if I felt the actual customers were a risk, I wouldn't do this job. This is just my area though. Overall, this is an incredibly dangerous job. I'm just lucky to be doing it in a good area with a low violent crime rate. With that said, it's fucking a whole lot more dangerous than this stupid miner (pun intended) bullshit. It's sheepish emotion illiciting bile and it is nowhere close to newsworthy.

Like I said, when you're reporting driver deaths, lumberjack deaths, fishermen and rancher deaths, then you can report on these motherfuckers. You should not fucking report something because it's rare. That one characteristic does not make an item newsworthy. The first and foremost selected criteria for reporting a story, and making it a headline story at that, should be information. Is this information useful and informing? Maybe if people knew how dangerous my fucking job was, they would give me more money. Maybe if they knew how many fucking lumberjacks die so you can have your stupid fucking coffee table, you might put a little more appreciation into that fine piece of wood that you put all of your stupid shit on.

Blogger = Douche

I wish I didn't have nearly 400 posts in this Blogger database, or I would switch to something better. Sometime recently, Blogger added some comment moderation setting which for a reason unknown to me, was enabled by default. It also lists an email field for the comments to be emailed to so you can moderate them. Mine was blank. So anyone commenting on the last 4-6 posts, your comments went straight into oblivion. It's fixed now, and I apologize for the waste of time. Feel free to comment all you want now. Sorry for the fuck up.

Abramoff VS Native Americans

This Abramoff scandal is just growing and growing. This is a good story because it creates an extremely vivid example of everything that is wrong with the the democracy in America. This is supposed to be a land ruled by the people. This whole story shows that in the end, it's a land ruled by the rich. And these pieces of shit like Abramoff, who are a dime a dozen, are the catalyst.

From Louisana comes a story involving an Indian Tribe and Abramoff. Basically, the Coushatta paid Abramoff 32 million to ensure that a rival tribe did not open a casino that would compete with them. Apparently, he was supposed to do other things but that's all they got. The story says that Abramoff called in some favors and put some of that 32 million to good use.

Abramoff did provide some lobbying. To ward off the Jena Band, for example, Abramoff called on support from senior senators and congressmen, the deputy secretary of the interior, and evangelical leaders James Dobson and Ralph Reed.

Interesting, isn't it? You people need to realize that this is how the system works everyday, and it'll never change until you force these fucking degenerates to make corruption a political issue. Until you bring this problem, which is now a regular process, into the light and demand they knock it the fuck off. People who do nothing, who say nothing are half the problem. You're the ones not participating in this democracy. They do this shit because you're not controlling them. Left to their own devices, this is what happens. Innocent entrepreneurs get squashed while you're watching Desperate Housewives.

And don't think for a minute that the Coushatta are off the hook. First off, I want to say that I probably have more respect and admiration for the Native American Indian race as a whole over even the white race. They deserve every amount of respect one can possibly give. You think slavery was bad? What happened to Native Americans in the 1800's was a genocide, bordering on a holocaust. It's probably closer to the holocaust side anyway. They were systematically murdered and slaughtered by American troops, often times during times of peace and treaty. Read up on Sand Creek, or maybe Black Kettle. Read what happened that day, and you'll see why I feel the way I do.

With that being said, this tribe knew exactly what it was doing. Lobbying is a euphemism. There is no actual lobbying. It was bribery. It's "Hey, I'll give you all of this money and use it to buy favors for me and keep the rest." This is what they did, and if they didn't get all that was promised to them, then tough shit. Lobby yourself, and do things the right way, and maybe you wouldn't have a problem. Or perhaps let the fucking rival tribe enter competition. Competition is good for business, don't you know that?

So I don't care that the Coushatta got burned. If you read the story, you'll see that every member of the tribe gets a quarterly paycheck based on sales. Its usually around $30,000 - $40,000 annually. That's a pretty hefty bonus considering it's being shared by over 800 tribe members. They're doing fine, and their greed is excusable. You try to cheat and you get burned. Shit happens, deal with it.

As for Abramoff, I hope this motherfucker is burned at the stake, along with everyone connected with him. Every Democratic and Republican piece of shit political cunt involved with him. They are what's wrong with America. They are precisely why not a fucking decent thing gets done. Isn't it strange that laws only get signed when they beneift some random company listed on the NYSE? When was the last time you say a new federal law go into place that made you say "Gee, I'm glad that's finally illegal" or "Gee, I'm sure glad that isn't illegal anymore." It doesn't happen, because we don't have the money. We're just the poor fucking sheep that elect the puppets. We're the oil that lubricates the machine here. We're certainly not driving the car. And that's not how it's supposed to be.

Whoops

Fox News and CNN reported hours ago that 12 of the 13 trapped miners were alive. The reports were wrong, and they're actually all dead but one. Neither network has reported this yet officially except for CNN radio.

As I'm writing this, Fox News is now correcting the story live. Everyone was celebrating and everything, and they're all fucking dead. How 12 of 13 alive turned into 12 of 13 dead absolutely baffles me. What a plot twist.
