Barry Bonds = Cheating Cunt

Barry Bonds is a bag of cunt. I made this vary same claim two and a half years ago on this website, and I'm making the very same claim again. Today, Barry Bonds hit his 715th home run today, surpassing a true legend: Babe Ruth. These records were accomplished in two very different eras in the same game, but there is one fundamental difference. Human Growth Hormone didn't exist in 1927. The Cream and The Clear didn't exist either. Gatorade? Not a fucking chance. They barely had supplements back then for Christ's sake. But the Babe, who was a fucking cigar-smoking, beer-drinking, pitching man was able to hit 714 home runs in his career. That is a true hitter. He was The Natural.

Barry Bonds is a cheating cunt. What, did you people forget that he admitted to "unintentionally" using at least two different types of steroids? I wrote about this very subject on December 3rd, 2004. The article I linked to is gone, but I found this AP article at the Chicago Tribune. It's dated December 3rd, 2004; which means it's the same AP article Yahoo used for their story, and the one I used for mine.

Baseball star Barry Bonds told a federal grand jury that he used a clear substance and a cream given to him by a trainer who was indicted in a steroid-distribution ring but denied knowing they were steroids, according to a report published Friday.

Why have people forgotten this? He fucking admitted to using the Cream and the Clear. I'm a big fan of wrestling, and I read about guys juicing up on steroids all the time. I've heard quite a lot about the cream and the clear. These are both street names for specific steroids that DO NOT show up on steroid tests. The cream is rubbed on and the clear is either injected or given in droplet form underneath the tongue.

Barry Bonds claims that his trainer, Greg Anderson, was giving him these drugs without Bonds knowing. Does any imbecile, for even a fucking second, actually believe this? Pretend your Barry Bonds. You're an extremely talented baseball player, making millions of dollars, and your health and your body is the source of your income. Would you allow anyone to give you shit unless you know what it was? "Hey I'm just going to give you this stuff, it's good for you trust me." We're supposed to believe that this is what Anderson told Bonds? Of course not. Bonds claims he thought it was Flaxseed oil. That's fucking laughable.

Of course, we can't forget that Barry Bonds' trainer, who was indicted by a grand jury in the steroids scandal, was also the trainer of Jason Giambi. He admitted to steroids too. Except at least this man had the courage to admit he was a cheater. He could admit it and ask for forgiveness. Unlike this Bonds, the piece of shit.

The fact of the matter is this. Anyone who knows the facts and who isn't blinded by the bullshit media coverage of this cheating piece of San Francisco shit will see that Bonds admitted to using steroids. I mean, that's just a fact. We know he did them. He won't admit to intentionally taking them, but just as long as you don't have Down Syndrome or any other form of mental retardation, you will see the light and you will see that Bonds is a cheater who used illegal substances to give himself superhuman strength, allowing him to unfairly break records that he wasn't able to break without cheating.

It makes me sick that a man like Pete Rose is banished from baseball forever, while this cheating cocksucker Barry Bonds is allowed to keep playing the game. I honestly and sincerely hope Barry Bonds dies a young death due to his enlarged heart, because he does have one. I've seen many heroes of mine die in wrestling due to steroid use. The most recent being Eddie Guererro. The heart is a muscle. Steroids give you bigger muscles without doing a damn thing. They're make you almost super human. The heart just can't be too big, because you will die. Expect Bonds to die young. I'm certainly hoping for it. Cheating piece of shit. It wasn't even possible for the Babe to cheat.

Good post, Matt (all but the language, ha). I agree with you. He is a cheater and a liar.

Kyle,
As far as steroids helping you hit a baseball... YES THEY DO!!! Hitting is about timing and being able to see the ball. If you take steroids you have a quicker bat speed. This lets you sit back longer to see the pitch, in turn, increasing your ability to hit the ball.

I see your point man, and you're right. But you're missing one key thing, which is this: Steroids make the average baseball player into a good baseball player. They make an already good baseball player (like Bonds) into a faux Legend. A normal guy who can easily hit pop flys to the outfield and now easily hit balls nearly 500 feet.

Barry Bonds isn't this good. Bud Selig is an asshole, because he knows Bonds is a cheating whore and he refuses to do a damn thing about it, but one of the greatest hitters of all time is banned from the game.

Good to see you back Pastor Jim. When it comes to actual skills, yes steroids and bigger muscles can dramatically affect your game. However, I don't believe that steroids can make you hit the ball. That's hand-eye coordination. Like I said, it can be the difference between a pop fly hitter and a long ball hitter.

Good comment, and I agree with pretty much everything. Bonds was a good player, he always was. But that's all he really is. He isn't this legend that he's becoming. He's a 30 home run a year kind of guy with average fielding skills. But with the juice, he's become this legend. The faux legend. Thanks for the comment, Zach.

"But to Pastor Jim they do not help you hit the ball better."

I think the proof is in his numbers. Steroids definately helped him hit the ball better. I never said they can "make" you hit the ball. That is talent, but they can obviously "help" you hit the ball.

And, it is a crime that a guy who gave 150% every moment of every game is left out of the hall of fame simply because he bet on baseball. I can guarentee that he never bet against his own team. I could understand a ban for that.

pastor jim, if you re-read what i said, i never claimed that steroids couldn't make a hitter hit the ball better, i said it couldn't make you hit the ball period. if you don't have the hand-eye coordination, you will not be able to hit a baseball, even with steroids. like i said, put arnold schwarzenegger in the batters box around the time he was a popular body builder and you'll notice he wouldn't be able to hit his way out of a wet paper bag. i think not only do steroids give you a strength advantage, but also a mental one. it makes hitters truely believe they can clobber the baseball, or just dramatically improve their game in general(seeing as pitchers are also steroid users), hence giving them the added confidence.

matt, my bad, i did fail to mention that key detail. i already knew that with the increased muscle mass due to steroids, it would make it much easier for an already great hitter, to become a more powerful one. it's simple physics really. this is why some pro weight lifters use roids..to give them the ability to lift even more weight easier.

alright, i've read over my comment about 6 times and i keep adding to it. it's 3am, i'm done with this shit.

Zack, I agree with your comment "No steroids can't make a good player out of a bad one, but it can make just the difference needed to make a great player outstanding."

Let's say that Bonds is completely clueless and he really didn't know that Anderson was giving him juice. If you were Bonds, how could you NOT notice the changes in your own body and preformance? Like Matt said, wouldn't you want to know what was going into your own body? Wouldn't you suspect something? If Bonds really thinks that he was being fed steroids with out his knowledge, why wouldn't he sue his trainer when he did find out?

It's clear that he knew what was going on and was a willing participant or simply turned a blind eye. I think that his denial in this whole situation speaks more to the man's character (or lack of). He may have great accomplishments, but I have no respect for him as a man. I think he is clearly dishonest. I wonder how his parents feel.

Kyle, unfortunately you're probably right.

Matt, good post. In my eyes, the steroid use really takes away from the achievment. Bonds' denial makes it worse and it speaks to the state of Bonds' character and to that of baseball today. His achievment will ultimately go in the record books however, I think it should at least be noted with an asterisk. On this point, my son and I disagree.

I've heared all kinds of opinions "explaining" how Babe Ruth could have accomplished such a long standing record. All of these opinions somehow try to explain-away or deminish what was (and is) a truely legendary man. The fact remains that he was far ahead of his time.

Zack, I agree that Babe could not do today what he did back then... But then again, neither can anyone else... not without a little "help" anyway.
